Orbital Plug & Play

Current installations of the Orbital shower technology are done by professionals, through refurbishments or while building something new. To expand on available installation models, the project revolved around how the Orbital recirculating technology might be installed without the need of professional installers, meaning more homeowners are able to save both water and energy while enjoying a superior shower experience. 

The project resulted in an installation model which enables customers to install the technology in their existing shower space. It is designed with customization and modularity in mind, resulting in a platform which can be fitted with one's own chosen materials as well as being adjusted in size. Being able to specify your own materials used for the flooring and panels, together with the water repellent textile front makes it possible to fit it seamlessly into one's existing bathroom.
