Tilt - Double function furniture

Tilt is a double function furniture, mainly for outdoor use. Standing up it’s a chair with back and armrests, tilt it and it becomes a two-seated bench.

The aim of the project has been to create a practical and good looking piece of furniture that can compete with existing products on the market.

The starting point has partly been the cheap plastic monobloc chair, as seen in gardens and outdoors restaurants all around the world. There’s obviously a need for practical, stackable and low maintenance furniture for outdoor use, and if you can’t compete with an extremely low price, as in the case of the monoblocs, then you need some added value in shape and function. Tilt is stackable and the material is injection moulded PP-plastic.
